To be eligible for a refund your order must be returned within 15 days of delivery date. Item(s) must be in the original form and package without showing signs of outdoor wear or tear.

3. Attach proof of purchase (Copy of receipt/invoice)
All returns/refunds are void on 16th day from delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will respond to your email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item showing worn, damaged or missing parts will be rejected. If approved, a 20% restock fee will be deducted from your purchase, along with a non refundable shipping fee. The remaining refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
Exchanges are Acceptable * Re-stock fee is waived for exchanges *Our shoes sell fast. Please be sure to notate the new shoes product no# on your "return" email. *Shoes must be of equal or less value of return
Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable, however returns are acceptable with store credit for gift cards.
